To take antihistamines daily. If you do not have a prescription for these already, please let Dr Thompson know via email. You will also need enough to take twice daily for 2 weeks following the initiation of oral immunotherapy and once daily for a few months after that.

To take your preventer inhaler twice daily as prescribed, IF you have asthma.

To continue your preventer nasal spray for hay fever/allergic rhinitis, as you will likely get a flare of your symptoms initially, so it is best to start with the least amount of symptoms possible.

Please be aware you will be in the practice for monitoring for 1 hour after taking your first dose. You are best to have a quiet day planned after this first dose of immunotherapy (just this one time) in case you are tired.
